Foster children are in need of a financial gift that will help improve their daily lives. Many children in care go without items or services that would go a long way in making them feel better about their situation. Sometimes those needs are basic like adoptive services for the child, yet other times the donation might cover music lessons or a sports program. A general gift in your name helps either way.
Your donation will also help generate awareness about the individual children in case who seek adoption by getting their name and face out of the shadows and into the public eye. The program called Family Support Services’ Heart Gallery contains almost 100 photographs beautifully displayed in a mobile exhibit that travels to various locations around the county and even the country! Several of our adoptions have come from individuals who had first seen their adoptive child in The Heart Gallery, like the story of Ricky.
