• Conduct unbecoming : Displaying disrespectful, inconsiderate or rude behaviors.
• Discrimination: Denying or excluding from services, etc. based upon race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age or disability.
• Issue with policy/procedure: Disagreeing with established policy, procedure or law.
• Misconduct: Entering into improper relationships.
• Sexual Harassment: Making unwelcome sexual advances or comments.
• Unable to contact: Failing to make contact or respond within reasonable time frame.
• Under/late payment: Receiving under or late foster care payment.
• Fail to perform: Failing to perform necessary requirements of position.
