An innovative collaboration across Northeast Florida that aims to align child protective investigators and case managers with best-practice knowledge that transfers seamlessly from the classroom into the field. By encouraging knowledge exchange and relationship building among working peers, the families and children we serve will experience more successful outcomes.

Florida Certification Board Online Training
Continuing education credit offered for Florida’s Baker Act and Marchman Act, Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery Support, Child Welfare and Behavioral Health and more. 

Ongoing Child Welfare Practice

In-service training
Enhance your knowledge and build skills to work effectively with children and their families. Training count as CEUs toward your 20 hours per year required by the Florida Certification Board for recertification. Courses include Cultural Competence, CPI MicroSeries: Case Transfers, Quality Parenting Training: The Power of Partnership, Behavioral Management, Transition Plans, Medication Management, Motivational Interviewing and more. Trainings are subject to change based on participation.

Just in Time Training, connects foster parents, kinship or other caregivers with training, peer experts and other resources. Get practical solutions to care for children, with answers to commonly asked questions.
